"Great service and incredibly friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Had laundry area in the hotel which was very helpful. Rooms were a bit small for two but manageable. Breakfast was excellent with extensive choices. Area was cleans safe and easy access to the subway and restaurants and shops. I highly recommended this hotel. "

"About 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Very quiet area, with a nearby 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, cafe and attached to a McDonalds. Rooms are quite spacious for Tokyo with high ceilings, washing machine and a comfortable bed. "

Great Stay for the Night Before Your Flight

"This was our second stay at The Royal Park. It's now our go-to for pre-departure night. It is literally attached to HND Terminal 3, and the lobby exits into the T3 check-in/restaurant area. Unbelievably convenient. No worries about getting to the airport on departure morning. Last time we had a "salaryman" type room here with 2 twin beds, small but very clean and efficient. This time we had more of a "deluxe" large room with tons of space. Again, very clean, and had a wonderful large bathroom boasting the nicest multi-ply toilet paper of any hotel we stayed in (may sound silly, but it was noticeable... for some reason most Japanese hotels use the melts-in-your-hand 1-ply cheapo paper, even some luxury hotels). Beds were very comfortable. Great night's sleep before 22 hours of lines and flights! Staff very professional and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo. The location was very convenient to Shinjuku Station and the area had lots of restaurants close by. Being close to the station made it easy to access other areas of Tokyo. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice that there was a shuttle bus to Narita Airport. The one thing that I think could be improved is the bathrooms. We spent two weeks traveling around Japan and this hotel was the only one that did not have a large Japanese bath/shower room. An improved bath/shower and the amenities that go with it like Japanese washcloths would be greatly appreciated. "

"This was a wonderful location to stay at. Even though my wife and I booked "Small rooms since we'll be out adventuring anyway, we really just need somewhere to sleep and store our bags", the room was a bit smaller than I expected. That's what we booked though, so I wont dock points for that. The hotel is in a great location nearby to a bike rental depot, a well stocked 7Eleven, as well as a train station that allowed us to access the rest of the city with minimal effort. The hotel offers both send and receive luggage services which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
