Great time at the Riu Dubai with my family. I want to highlight the daily service and the positive aura from Anthony in the main restaurant. He was always looking for a great place for us and he was absolutely fast with drinks. In total great stay and wonderful days.

We arrived very late in the evening and it was helpful to have sandwiches and tea options available at that time. All staff members I spoke with were friendly, helpful and professional. The food options were vast and extremely tasty. They also have specialty restaurants on site that were equally good. This was my first experience at a RIU property but it won’t be my last.

This Riu was excellent, from the minute you enter it was 5 star service. Best All Inclusive stay. super clean and super nice and friendly hosts and workers. Top notch services. Lots of construction but that didn’t bother us.. barely heard any noise.
