"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. I mistakenly thought there was a pull out sofa but the bed was big enough for us family of 3. We also had our breakfast included during our stay and it was...

"Ich komme leider erst jetzt dazu das Hotel zu bewerten: Ein nettes, sympathisches Hotel, etwas außerhalb des Salzburger Zentrums, daher sehr ruhig. Es ist aber nicht sehr weit in die Innenstadt. "Hotel is quite is near train station and in walk distance to main attraction like Mirabell Palace and to old town area. Room is clean and bed is very comfy. We are in the old building but room have been renovate to be modern. Only one complain is there is only one elevator for whole hotel (in old building), it might cause you waiting in peak hour. and unfortunately our room is next to the elevator. So it have some noise from it."
