"Our stay was great and I owe it almost entirely to the staff at this hotel. Weeks before we even got there their excellent customer service began. It was our 25th anniversary and we were trying to get a restaurant booking. Many emails went back and forth to make this happen. Upon arrival, the man who checked us in remembered that we had still not resolved it, and asked if he could make the booking for us. They told the restaurant that it was our anniversary which resulted in being recognized...

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very warm and welcoming staff. Great spa and pool, had an excellent couples massage whilst there. Great for accessing both sides of Chamonix. "

"The entire staff at this hotel is outgoing and makes a proactive effort to ensure you have a great experience at their hotel and in the Chamonix area. They were helpful with special requests and when we had an issue with a late arriving shuttle they stepped in and resolved it with the vendor. Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the amazing breakfast is served atop the hotel with an even better view. I would definitely stay at the Alpina Eclectic again. "

Hotel is located 8 min drive from chamonix town. Highly recommended."
